1. Learn the fundamental of your emotions

Learning the fundamentals of your experiences helps us understand why we have them.  Miss Raina's No No words will help discover how chaos enters your life due to our limited thinking. Learn new techniques that will stop you from creating judgment and emotional upset. 

2. Awaken your Awareness

Before we awaken, we must realize that we were asleep. Society teaches us the ideas of separation, distraction and limitation that create the illusions of struggle and suffering.  Miss Raina will teach you  how to raise your vibration so that you can access the knowledge within

3. Master the 7 Levels

To truly awaken to who we are, we must understand and master the 7 levels of self. Although we call it the 7 levels of the self, it is actually just 1 level. Here you will be taught one level at a time and learn how to be the creator of the self. This is advanced work and the basics must be learned and mastered beforehand.
